My MBP doesn't recognize my Motorola Q when I attach via USB to Sync with PocketMac and Entourage.
It as syncing fine via BT with Missing Sync, but when I switched to PocketMac, it installed fine and recognized the Moto and then after finalizing it won't recognize if any longer. The USB port doesn't show up at all in the Networks section of System Preferences.
I deleted all the Missing Sync files from my system, as per the PocketMac Support Site, and still no USB connection.
Any ideas?
