Hi,

I was looking at the iPod touch, I really like it. I would love a iPhone but I don't want a 18 month contract. Maybe if they offer a pay-as-you-talk package... Until then a iPod touch should fill the gap.

I have a few DVD's that I would like on the touch, I have not bought one yet. I can't seem to find a way with iTunes.

Do I have to buy the films from Apple iTunes, or can I use my own collections?

Thank you.

You should be able to use yours. You will need to rip the dvd then convert it to MPeg4 format. Try looking for a program called HandBrake then iSquint.

I put DVDs onto it using the iPod touch preset in handbrake, works like a charm.
