My cousin purchased an iPhone 4S from Verizon online...While waiting for it to be shipped, his phone broke so he went to Radio Shack and was able to purchase an iPhone 4S they had in stock. His upgrade was used and a new contract was signed.
He tried calling customer service to cancel it, but they were closed on Sundays.
3 days later he received an email saying his iPhone had shipped. He was charged the upgrade price of 199.99.
Now he's sitting with 2 iPhones and only paid upgrade price for both. Can he sell the one he received from Verizon?
