1tb 2,5 disk for my macbook pro 2012

Hi guys,
I would like to replace my hd with a faster and more capacious.
I don't know 7200 rpm models tested to fit in 9,5 mm.
Ideas for me please?
Any other suggestion is welcome (no ssd please :) i need space)
