Ipod classic charging port repair?

I have a 120 gb ipod classic I have had less than a year. Last week when I plugged it in it was not recognized, and I saw that several of the pins in the port were bent. It is still under warranty, so I sent it to Apple, but they have denied the repair claim saying that the damage is due to accident or abuse. I talked to Apple today and they are going to let me appeal that decision, since the damage happened under normal use.

My question is this -- if they will not repair the damage, is there anywhere I can get it repaired that you all would recommend? I checked out milliamp.com, but I have not been able to find any reviews for their services. Thanks!
