any way to view previous old sites/ downloads?

just wondering if theres anyway to look at previous downloads or sites. i need to get a old file i deleated or the web site. if anyone knows any way i would appreaciate it. thanks

thanks man... i tried that no luck. i know i deleated the cookies and the history was erased too. am i all out of luck? thanks for the help
