Not bad, I like the header fade effects. A few things
1) For all the pages other than Home, you might want to show the page title in a different color than white. Also get rid of the box that surrounds them.
2) On Team, News, Contact, and Gallery pages, the box from the page title hovers over the rest of the text.
3) On the contact page, the I see 2 overlapping maps when there should probably be only be one.
Otherwise..quite nice..
