Posting / linking to Instagram, FB, Twitter?

From the MacBookPro desktop, how do I link to my Instagram account?
Can this be done?

I can do so with Twitter and FB, as seen in the screen shot below.

Can this be done?

Yes; it can.

Open System Preferences, then click on Internet Accounts.

On your left, you will see a list of accounts currently on your Mac. On your Right is a list of suggested accounts. If Instagram is not on the list, Scroll to the bottom of the list where you will see "Add Other Account". Click on it. If Instagram is not included by default in this list either, then click on the "?" button and a help menu appears taking you through the stages to set it up.
