after upgrade to os 4.0 on 3gs seeing lines on background and other images. Doesn't appear hardware related, as the same image of the iphone desktop shows when viewing apps through itunes. everything is functional, just viewing of images, video, etc is degraded.
tried to downgrade back to 3.1.3, but apple validation is run and prevents the downgrade.
thoughts or similar experiences appreciated.
