Imac G4 , 800 mhz with superdrive

Any one know how i can fix my dvd burner in my superdrive? the burner works on the CD's but not on DVD's. Have not used the DVD burner for long time & now find it won't burn DVD's. When DVD inserted it continues to click, then eventually ejects the disk. Is there a fixit programme or d/load somewhere to find what the problem is or fix it. anyone got any suggestions pls email to [email protected] .

Looks like you will be up for a new DVD burner. They are as cheap as chips at the moment. Got a Pioneer 20X DVR-115D here in Australia for $39 and fitted no problems.
