itunes cause my powermac hang

can somebody help me, each time i open the itunes it cause my powermac G5 hang and sometime it create panics?

I just format my mac, still the problem happen?

iTunes runs fine on my PowerMac G5.

Is it just iTunes or do other apps crash n burn too? I am wondering if you have some faulty RAM or some such? This sounds like either corrupted software (but you say you have just reloaded, so that is not so likely) or corrupted hardware. You will have to track down which it is, I'm afraid.
