When I first got my MacBook, I downloaded Flip4Mac so I could play DivX movies in QuickTime. It worked perfectly for a few months. Then, suddenly, I noticed that I could no longer hear sound in QuickTime when playing AVI movie files (though I can hear sound if I play the files in DivX Player). When I go to the Flip4Mac preferences, all of the options under the "Audio" tab are grayed out. Does anyone have any idea what's going on here? :[

I'm not very familiar with it considering the site does not let me download it but is it possible you are using a trial version and it only offered that feature for a certain amount of time that has now expired?
