Is something screwed up with Flip4Mac?

When I first got my MacBook, I downloaded Flip4Mac so I could play DivX movies in QuickTime. It worked perfectly for a few months. Then, suddenly, I noticed that I could no longer hear sound in QuickTime when playing AVI movie files (though I can hear sound if I play the files in DivX Player). When I go to the Flip4Mac preferences, all of the options under the "Audio" tab are grayed out. Does anyone have any idea what's going on here?

I'm not very familiar with it considering the site does not let me download it but is it possible you are using a trial version and it only offered that feature for a certain amount of time that has now expired?
