I downloaded and installed the 10.6.2 upgrade a few minutes ago, and now I have no audio! Nothing through the speakers or headphones. The audio isn't muted, in fact I was happily listening just before the "upgrade"! Any suggestions?
Edit: I solved the problem. I had to switch back to "internal speakers" in the audio preferences. For some reason, 10.6.2 changed it to something called Soundflower 2! Thanks, Mac!
