Hey I just got final cut for my mac and when I tried to install it, it gave me a list of about 50GB of optional software I can add when I install. I went on apple website to see what is going on and these are the program displayed:
9GB for DVD Studio Pro content
7GB for Motion templates
22GB for audio content
8GB for LiveFonts

I couldn't quite understand the effect of which add on and I was hoping to hear an explanation and maybe recommendations if I should actually waste precious computer space for these add ons. I am just a high school student who is studying film, I am not some big pro film editor, so I am not sure if I actually need these things...

Your Mac's Specs

I guess you have final cut pro then,
DVD studio=DVD burning software with menu creation
Motion Templetes=Motion is for animation, so you probably want these
audio content=?
LiveFonts=for livetype, an animated title program, livefonts are good to have.

I think you'll want all of these, but I don't know exactly what the audio content is.
