Doom 3 (Mac) Problem

I recently purchased Doom 3 for my mac and when i start to play it there is no picture? But there is sound? Please Help!!!!:Grimmace: Please reply!

2017 27" iMac, 10.5" iPad Pro, iPhone 8, iPhone 11, iPhone 12 Mini, Numerous iPods, Monterey
What version of OS X are you running? And which version of Doom 3 did you buy? I checked on Doom 3 for the Mac some time ago and it required Tiger OS X 10.4. I don't think it will run on Leopard or Snow Leopard. See the following Link.

Problem resolved!

I have installed the patch for doom 3 and it works! No need to post replies!

Just out of curiosity, are your running Doom 3 with the patch in Leopard or Snow Leopard? And if you are, does it render OK?

Problems with Doom 3

Hello there,

I just purchased Doom 3 and when I go to run the game, it stays on a blue screen. The game doesn't start. I tried changing the resolution.

I have the Mac OS X Version 10.5.8 2.93GHz.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
