Move Safari Bookmarks?

I have alot of PC computers at home and one macbook pro. I use the macbook pro to do all my internet needs (so my other computers don't get viruses). I occasionally find a site that is great, so I bookmark it. I now have alot of bookmarks that I would like to send to my pcs. Is there a way so that I can download the bookmarks onto a flash drive or email and then when I plug the drive into another computer the bookmarks will appear? Is there a web based program that will solve my needs?

I don't have mobile me.
My PCs don't have Safari

The answer = Download and install Firefox 3 for OS X and Firefox 3 for Windows. Exchange bookmarks and plugins.
