Having trouble getting snow leopard and vista to share...

I have all my audio, photos etc on my PC, and im trying to get my Mini to find the drive in my PC. I cannot get it to work. im using vista home premium and OSX SL.

any help would be great.

I would assume you have sharing turned on in Windows and that the drive you want to share is accessible to the guest account (or whichever account you have set to access it in Windows).

If so, my bet is that you have third party security software (like McAfee Security Center or Norton Internet Security) turned on and it's blocking sharing. If the latter, you'll need to consult the documentation to allow that traffic, as well as NetBIOS traffic (which is what helps with name resolution in a workgroup setting) to pass.
