Removing Associated Applications Files: Help!

When i remove a program like for instance "Aperture", ive notice that there are still files lurking around the computer that are associated to it.

What is the best software to remove files/folders that were originally for that Application?
Can i use the said program to remove files from Applications that ive already trashed?

PS: I got OnyX & MainMenu to help clean up my system. They work great.

appcleaner can do that, you may have to re-install aperture first

There were a few programs that ive had before and deleted.. Wish i remembered all of them hahaha.

Ill download this and give it a shot.

Or simply do a spotlight search for Aperture and then delete the files it finds.
