This might seem silly but I was wondering, hypothetically, if you installed the Application Little Snitch and then did not pay for it but instead used a fake License Key is there any way you can use Little Snitch to stop it reporting back about itself... and the fake License Key that might possibly have been used to crack the Application???

Hypothetically of course...
