The Griffin iMic is quite good for that. If you're looking for something more professional, try emagic, M-audio or Tascam

Wow ok. Thats cool. I think the iMic would be best for me. Its cheap, and looks like it will do the job. Thanks Avalon.

Ok. Would you have to install something like that on OS X? Or would it just recognize the thing and it'll work right off the bat?
