Malware detected on my iMac!

But not to worry the dialog box read. Windows XP, etc. Is this something that could be spread to others running windows? Sorry, no specifics as the dialog box that popped up did not name the program.

Once more and this time it turns out a scam through Skype. Blocked sender is all it took. LOL, telling me my Security Center has detected malware and for only 20 Sheckels they will fix my machine. Gotta love the internet.
