Netscape install

I'm installing Netscape 7.02 for OS 9.2.2
and after I click the "Nescape 7.02 Installer" icon it just goes in this continuous loop and won't stop installing, downloading, and starting over.

Anyone have any suggestions? I'm certainly online (so its not like I'm not getting the data) and got the link for downloading Netscape 7.02 from macupdate.com

I just did this the other day. Download direct from Netscape. Save to disk, your
download folder. Leave the net.turn off virus protection,click on the netscape folder, Unstuffit will open the installer. I burn't a copy of netscape to cd just to be safe.
