Mac Mail - Automatically Capture Addresses?

I believe you can do this in Outlook, so is there a way to automatically add email addresses to your contacts, of anyone who is a recipient of any email that you receive?
For example, if someone sends myself and 50 other people an email, those 50 people would automatically be added to my email contacts.
