Dear all:
I've recently been getting the following message everytime I try to use my Verizon USB modem that I"ve had for 2 years. Of note, the modem works just fine with my Toshiba laptop and my computer works fine if I don't try to use the modem. Any suggestions as to what is going on and what I can do? THANKS!!!

The image you posted is that of a kernel panic. The next time it happens, post the log entry here for us to look at. Do a copy and then paste it in your reply. That may tell us if it's the modem which is at fault or something else.

Go to MacIntosh HD/Library/Logs/CrashReporter

Highlight the entire log (latest one) and then Command C. Paste it into your next reply. (Command V)
