Hello everyone
I bought a Mac Book Pro about 1.5 years ago. So far I have never had any trouble with it. Recently however I have been having some problems with Safari. First of all I very often have problems opening links. Especially from google. Whenever I do a search I get the results, but then when I go to click the link, it won't open the link, but rather I get the message that the site can not be opened because safari can not find the server. I then try to copy and paste the link to a new safari window, but I get the same message. This then happens for pretty much every link. Five minutes later it's fine again, but then when I go to open it a bit later, it won't work. I did not install any new software and also have not changed any settings. I have already tried deleting the Safari preference file in my library, but it didn't help either. Cookies are enabled for sites that I visit. I also have another problem, which turned up at the same time. Quite often when I go to a website recently, it will not show me any images on the site. All I get is either a blank where the image should be or the blue question mark. I checked that Display images when page opens is on in my preferences. I tried another browser (firefox), but I have the same problem there. Sometimes it works, sometimes it won't.
Does anyone know what the problem could be? I am very thankful for any help.
Sean
