voice over problems

Please somebody help! I do not know what happened but every time My track pad moves over anything on my screen my Mac starts to read out loud whatever it points to. How do I turn this voice and text bar off?

Your Mac's Specs
M2 Max Studio Extra, 32GB memory, 4TB, Sonoma 14.4.1 Apple 5K Retina Studio Monitor
Try going into Preferences/Universal Access. There you will find headings for "Seeing", "Hearing", "Keyboard" and "Mouse".

Under "Seeing", you will find "Voice Over". Make sure the "Off" is checked. Under "Hearing", all the options should be Unchecked.
