ejecting cd's

I have had a cd in my IMAC for a long time and now I can't find the menu that will allow me to eject it---HELP!

Start up and hold down the main mouse button, that will force eject the disk

Try restarting the iMac and hold down the mouse button immediately after the startup beep/chime. If that does not work try the following:

1. Launch Disk Utility (in Applications/Utilities)
2. Right click the cd/dvd in the list at the left side and choose Eject

If you don't have an eject key press and hold F12.
