Subscribing to Threads Automatically?

Is there a way to automatically subscribe to threads I create or reply to but not receive constant email notifications?

You can change the frequency of the updates by using the drop-down menu that appears when choosing to subscribe to an individual thread.

Alternatively, you can choose the same options from your Profile link under Options.
