I am looking at getting a Mac Mini for my entertainment system, but wan't to see how well it will look with my current TV. It there a cable I can purchase to output my iMac G5 to my TV to test this?

I have a 57" Sony HDTV with DVI and Component video.

Thanks,

Thanks,

You'll need
A) A VGA to S-Video or VGA to DVI converter (the first of the two being cheaper).

B) You'll also need a Mini VGA to VGA adapter.

Then just hook it up to your TV, go into System Preferences, look under "Displays" and then hit "Detect Displays".

i have the adapter for DVI-AV, its aight works good on bigger HD tv's, some HD tv's and LCD's have VGA/DVI connectors already on them.
