Video off iphone 4

MacBook Air OS X 10.7 1.7 Intel Core i5 4GB, MacMini mid-2011
OK, I'm thinking this should be easy, but can't seem to figure it out. I took some video on my iphone 4. Usually with picture, I just email them to myself. The video though is too big to email - how can I get it onto my computer?

Plug your iPhone into your Mac, open iPhoto and it will recognize your iPhone. Just import the video into iPhoto. You don't have to keep it in iPhoto if you prefer to store the file elsewhere on your Mac. Just drag it out of there into a folder in Finder if you prefer.
