Honestly is really difficult to search for "other" on the forum so please excuse me if this thread is already here. I am actually new to this page and to this mac running Mac Os X Lion 10.7.2
I have been using a MacBook Pro. for about three months and the "other" space is driving me crazy....
Is it normal that every time I delete something the "other" space increases instead of decreasing?
I have
Audio 2.33 GB
Movies 2.36
Photos 2.73
Apps 20.27
Backups 0
Other 32.36
I tried using Time Machine and this was my new result
Audio 2.33 GB
Movies 2.36
Photos 2.73
Apps 20.27
Backups 0
Other 145.68
Please Guys, anyone know a solution, I just want to get rid off that "other" space or at least minimize it,,, what should be considered normal?
I am starting to think that every time i erase sometime the file duplicate
