Cinema Display Error Code

Hey, I have a problem with my Apple Cinema Display 23". I tried to consult the manual as well as the internet but both didn't give me the information i am looking for.
My Display doesn't show a picture at all. The screen just stays black. I tried multiple power adapter as well as multiple power circuits in different buildings. When I connect my Display to the power adapter, the light on the front of the display doesn't turn on. When I connect the monitor with my MacBook Pro, the light flashes for maybe a second. This flashing happens everytime i connect the Display to my MacBook. But there's not picture, no further flashing light etc. Just flashing on time that's it. Is this an Error code of the Display that someone around here might know of?

It sounds like it may be time to take your Cinema Display on in to Apple and have them look at. If you've replaced the power adapter cable and it still doesn't work, it may be something internal to the display itself. Is the display still under warranty?
