Being new to Mac and its available software, I would like to know if there is a Mac equivalent to MS Publisher. I'd prefer not to have to run any Windows software via BootCamp just to have a desktop publisher program.

Cheers

Hi:)

I think Pages from iWork is pretty good, there are templates in pages. I haven't checked out Word in Office though, someone else might have a better idea.

I'll have to give them both a try. Thanks for the information. I've got iWork 08 but I haven't gone too far into it yet and I have downloaded the demo of Swift Publisher, which looks like it won't be too hard to figure out.

Thanks again

There is also DesktopPublisher Pro from Metis International. I have used it quite a bit and it works rather well.
