Lost my mac os x 10.3 disks, what does applecare ask when you order replacements??

Hey,

Im sure this thread doesnt go here, but oh well.

I bought an imac g3 off of ebay, and i upgraded it to panther,
but now i need to reinstall and i lost my disks,

and what im wondering is when you call applecare to get replacements,


do you have to give them any details?? if so, what??

they will ask you for the computer serial number. they will ask you why you want them.. lost/stolen etc.. they will then ask you for your personal info, name,address,city,state etc. then they will want a credit card so they can bill you for the S&H and the disc(s). then you will be set.
