Hey guys, I was curious, If I get the regular macbook (the 2.4 Core 2 duo one), can I put a nvidia geforce 8600 graphics card in it like the macbook pro has? I would like to save some money (this is for college),like how small the macbook is.I can also get the graphics card for a good price. Do you guys think its worth it?

No. The Intel GMA X3100 graphics chip is hard wired in the MacBook and shares memory with the system. There are no other means to add a graphics card. If you want a separate graphics card you will have to buy a MacBook Pro or an iMac.

Regards.
