On the way into work today I had something that really tickled me which I thought I would share. When windows 95 I think was originally launched Microsoft in the UK and may have been globally, advertised the OS on an advert with “Start me up” by Rolling Stones.

On driving to work this song played on the radio and it is the first time I have listened to the lyrics properly; these included

I've been running hot-?
You got me ticking gonna blow my top-
Don't make a grown man cry-

Well I did cry for much of my 12 years of PC ownership and more often than not it was due to the crap Microsoft OS.
