Mac Mail Signature on Exchange account

I currently have two accounts coming into my Mac Mail app. I am having a problem with my signature.

My Gmail account signature looks fine, but when using that signature on my Outlook Web Access account it types out all of my links and looks like this:

Mariners Church Junior High
Discipleship Coordinator
[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>
(949) XXX-YYYY

How can i get this to not happen?
