How to create a folder on my dock!

Hi,

I just got my iMac today and I installed office 2011 And I expected to see a office 2011 themed folder on my dock but I just have the programs separated on my dock, I saw in the Apple store they have a 2011 office themed folder can you tell me how I get this!
Please get back urgently this is really bugging me!

Drag the Office 2011 folder from the Applications Folder to the right hand side of the Dock and then drag the individual program icons off the Dock.
