Which wireless for my MDD?

Ok I am setting up my wireless home network and my last machine does not have wireless. I have a DP 1.25 MDD and it has 64bit PCI slots. Can i use a regular 32bit PC network card or a USB dongle for wireless? All other machines have wireless or are laptops with wireless.
