I tried to install a theme I got from a website, and I followed the instructions verbatim, it replaced the SArtFile.bin and Extra2 something and well, now everytime I try to do anything in on my macbook, the top bar just disappears and wont even let me open up a terminal.

I figured a reinstall would fix this, but I have a major problem, I have a 2,000 line program on my mac that I dont have backed up anywhere else. and finder wont open to let me get a hold of the files.

If you don't have a Time Machine backup you can restore from, try booting the machine in SAFE mode and remove the theme that way.

Regards.
