Selecting an option

Your Mac's Specs
Unibody MBP 2.53, 4Gigs Ram, 320 HD, Snow Leopard, 500 Gig Time Capsule, 32 Gig White 3GS
I heard that there is a setting that you can select so that when an option comes up (i.e yes or no) you can use the arrows, or tab so that you can change option (off the default).

I know this should be simple, but I can't find it... its just frustrating to have to go to the mouse when you are using the keyboard

system preferences>keyboard & mouse>keyboard shortcuts>check the box that says "turn on full keyboard access"
