Easy one,. With 5-8% of the market share, less quantity sold hence higher development cost per unit.

Expensive or Expansive?
If Expansive I would say there would no point in making them small, you'd finish them too quick :D

I think the 'a' should be a 'e'.
And if you are going to a  store to purchase them, say no more.
 is your answer if to "Expensive"

They basically have it right. The cost to develop a Mac games is roughly similar to the cost of developing a PC one, only you have maybe (if you're lucky) 20% of the sales. Even port jobs have a lot of support costs, so its still expensive to make a game for the Mac platform unless you are a devoted Mac-only developer.

I don't go to  RETAIL stores, I live in Northcote so the closest one is in Doncaster and thats quite a drive away. I usually go to "Next Byte", "Computers Now", "My Mac" snd more. (there the only places that sell mac games, I don't like buying them from ebay with license codes and such) thanks for answering my question.

And Tattooed and I can both advise you buying ANYTHING locally is as dear as poison which is why we recommend dealing with OWC, paying air mail rates, and getting gear at about half the price of local resellers.
