I love the sense of entitlement - particularly when Leo told her that it was illegal, she said something like "yeah, well it's common practice" and persisted as if he was going to help her whether he wanted to or not. In fact, she tried talking over him several times until he finally muted her (or she hung up).

Unreal - some people have absolutely no shame.
