I'm trying to install irssi, and it looks like theres no way to just get a binary, I just have to install using darwinports/macports or fink. Using macports, install fails telling me i need xcode 3.1, and I have 3.0. Latest version of xcode says system requires Snow Leopard and I only have leopard.
Now I don't see why I need an IDE to install a simple irc client, anyone know where I can just get the last leopard compatible build of irssi for mac?
*additional info: I dont want to install macirssi or irssix.
