Since my first MacBook Pro - I have consistently said great things about Apple and their products. Until today. I received my iPhone 4 after waiting a month and it doesn't work - I can't hear anyone on a call / no one hears me. I checked all the various support forums - it appears others have had the same problem and have had to have their phones replaced. I tried all the various solutions offered and nothing works. I don't know the % of phones that have this problem but am surprised given the reputation of Apple and the pride they supposedly have in their products that this problem has not been resolved and phones properly tested. I never thought I would say this but I DO NOT LOVE my iPhone - unfortunately I think it sucks!
