Macbook Screen Installation Tools Help

I just ordered a replacement screen for my macbook 2.4 core duo 2 "13. I am now wondering
what tools I will need to take apart my macbook and install the screen and also where is the best place to order them from.

Thanks dekan that was very helpful. One last question, under tools it says to get a Spudger but would it also be a good idea to purchase a Anti-Static Wrist Strap? If so I am also wondering how you 'ground' it
