Word file comparison

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew of an app that could generate comparisons (blacklines/redlines) between two word docs? Essentially, for those who don't know, it should take one file as the original, one as the modified version, and create a third file that essentially looks like a track changes version, showing the changes made between the two. It is really common in legal drafting to use this.
