went through bootcamp setup and now my macbook auto loads windows and does not allow me to boot from cd or alternate OS's.

When booting press and hold the OPTION key right after you power on the machine. It will present you with an option to boot from either the Mac or PC side.
Boot into Mac and then go into System Preferences and select Startup Disk. You can then choose to boot from the Mac as the primary boot source.
In order to boot into Windows press the OPTION key at power on and select your Windows partition.
