How can I tell Mail which folder to use for sent mail (imap)?

Your Mac's Specs
iMac Late-2015 27" 5K Retina (17,1 - 3.3GHz)
Currently Mail stores sent mail on my mail server on INBOX/Sent Messages. However on Evolution and Thunderbird (PC and Linux), I can point them to a folder of my choice (which happens to be INBOX/sent-mail). How can I setup Mail to point to my preferred folder?
