- iBook 12.1" G4 1.33ghz 512RAM 40GB, iPod 2nd Gen 15GB
It's an iBook G4 12".. 1.33 ghz // 512 ram // 40 GB
It shipped yesterday so I'll have it by monday.
I've always been a pretty avid PC user, going through a hardcore gaming phase that lasted through jr high and highschool, but that's died down, so as I was looking for a budget laptop for college, I didnt really have gaming in mind.
Anyway, the macbook on apples site looked very appealing but I wsnt about to throw down $999 on a laptop that i'll only need for pretty basic things in college such at word processing, a web-browser, maybe a little photoshop, and a place to store some music and pics.
As I continued browsing around, looking at notebooks from a variety of manufactures, I couldnt get the idea out of my head that purchasing a mac might be an interesting option.
So I started looking around for cheap mac notebooks and settled with the iBook G4 which looks ridiculously portable, is extremely pleasing to the eye, and has better system specs than i'll probably even be needing.
I can't wait to start using this thing!
